Clients must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the company's services. The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Booking & Payment

• All consultations must be booked in advance via our website or contact channels.

• Payment is required prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

• Any online baking transfer, FPS are accepted.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
   

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. The company does not offer refunds for any services once payment has been processed, including missed appointments, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or dissatisfaction with service outcomes. By purchasing the company's services, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate health and dietary information to enable safe and effective service delivery. The company is not liable for outcomes resulting from withheld or inaccurate information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by the company—including meal plans, guides, and website content—are its intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or website.
