Working with a sports nutritionist:
Getting to know you, our first consultation

1- Starting point is you: Why are you coming in, what do you want to change or improve ? So as to be able to define some targets when we finally meet.

1 - The starting point is you: Why are you coming in, what do you want to change or improve? Sharing your goals or concerns will help defining targets together.

2 -  Before our first meeting, I will ask you to fill out an online form. This is important to understand you and your lifestyle, and better prepare our first session together. I might also ask you to fill out a 3-day diet record (just estimated quantities, when and where the foods were consumed, with photos), if you want to have a more in-depth support intervention.

3 - How does the consultation work?

Online or in person. Everything is totally confidential. I am here to provide resources and guidance. Initially, 60-75 minutes during which we discuss what you have sent me, and refine your needs.

4 - At the end of the session, together, we will recap your goal(s), with a realistic timeline. We will also plan for follow-ups, during or after the intervention, depending on the service option you opt for (see pricing and packages).

5 - You will receive a report with guidelines a couple of days after the first session, based on the goals we discussed.

6 - Consider keeping a food journal along with your training journal, as it will help to monitor and track your progress.

Spoiler: Nutrition is just the same as your training: it takes time to see some results.

Run for it !
