You are consulting with me, Laurence Laneau, a sports and exercise nutritionist. Though I would deliver to you nutrition advice after your dietary assessment, it in no manner replaces or substitutes the services of a physician or a doctor. I do not provide nutrition advice for the purpose of chronic disease. The information I deliver is based on my studies in nutrition for sport and exercise, and my own experience as a nutritionist.
-
However, I will ask you to disclose any chronic/autoimmune condition you might have, and in that case any recommendation I may make about nutrition and supplements should be coordinated and discussed with your medical doctor, as working out involves risks.
-
I believe in improving your health and helping you to reach your goals through a natural course, but if need be, I might recommend some dietary supplements. These might need to be discussed with your medical doctor in case of contra-indications.
-
I follow the Code of Conduct of the SENr/BDA: as my client, I aim to provide you with the highest standards of professionalism, consideration and respect, in a working practice which is safe, and where your welfare is paramount.
-
Having said that, the time and effort we will both put in is beneficial only if we are sincere to each other. While I am committed to providing my best effort in whatever we do, I expect the same from you.
Now let’s start our work together!
