  • Nutrition plan elaboration to sustain a specific mid to long-term sport goal

  • Personalized nutrition guidelines, with meal adjustments, according to your training plan

  • Personalized dietary supplement recommendation (if needed)

  • Access to free resources (such as food portion measurements)

  • Follow-up sessions (45 min.) every 2 weeks, online or in-person and adjustments (if relevant) to the nutrition guidelines

  • Final follow-up 60 min at 12 weeks
